Terms

What you're agreeing to

AuditFlow OS is an independently built, private beta product. Creating an account or using it means accepting these terms. They're deliberately short and plain, matching what this actually is: a working beta run by one person, not a commercial product backed by a company or a legal team.

Beta software, provided as-is

The product is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including uptime, data durability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features can change, break, or be removed without notice while it's in beta. Don't rely on it as the sole record of anything genuinely critical.

Your data stays yours

Any audit content you or your organisation enters, evidence, findings, risks, actions, reports, remains yours. It's used only to run the product for your organisation, isn't sold or shared with third parties, and isn't used to train any model. See the Privacy page for the detail.

Acceptable use

Access during the beta is by invitation. Don't attempt to circumvent that, share your account with people outside your organisation, or use the product to store or process data you don't have the right to hold.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, use of this beta product is at your own risk, and its builder isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from its use, including data loss or service interruption.

Ending access

Access can be suspended or ended at any time during the beta, and the product itself may be changed or discontinued without notice. Email ibrahimojoye@outlook.com to close an account or request your data be deleted.
